Meet The Artist
Andrea Graham is an award-winning fine art photographer based in Lincolnshire, UK. Inspired by a lifelong connection with the natural world and the transformative power of light, she creates painterly images that blur the boundary between photography and painting. Rather than documenting landscapes as they appear, Andrea seeks to express how they are experienced - capturing fleeting moments when light, movement and colour awaken emotion and transform the familiar into something quietly extraordinary.
Working intuitively with intentional camera movement and multiple exposure, Andrea uses photography as a creative language rather than a recording tool. Influenced by the Impressionists' fascination with light and atmosphere, her work explores memory, mood and the emotional resonance of place. Each image is an interpretation - an invitation to slow down, look beyond detail and reconnect with the beauty that often goes unnoticed in everyday life.
At the heart of Andrea's practice is a belief that art can offer moments of stillness in an increasingly busy world. Her photographs are created to evoke calm, wonder and a sense of connection - with nature, with ourselves and with the memories and emotions that landscapes can quietly awaken. Through light, she hopes to create work that lingers long after it has been seen.
