Shipping policy

I want your artwork to arrive safely and in perfect condition. Fine art prints and framed artwork are professionally produced, carefully packaged and shipped with tracking to destinations around the world.

Shipping Fine Art Prints & Framed Artwork

Worldwide shipping is available to almost every country. If your address is not accepted at checkout, please contact me at andrea@andreagraham.com and I will do my best to find a solution.

Fine art prints and framed artwork are produced to order by my specialist printing and framing partner, with production facilities in the UK, Germany and US. Wherever possible, your artwork will be produced and dispatched from the location best suited to your delivery address.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • UK & Europe: approximately 1–2 weeks
  • North America: approximately 2–3 weeks
  • Other destinations: delivery times vary; please allow up to 4 weeks

These are estimated delivery times and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside my control, particularly for international shipments.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your print or framed artwork has been dispatched.

All artwork is carefully and sustainably packaged to protect it throughout its journey. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please see my Returns & Refunds Policy for information on what to do.

Greetings Cards

Greetings cards are currently available for delivery within the UK only.

Cards are dispatched separately from fine art prints and framed artwork and are sent via Royal Mail. If your order contains both artwork and greetings cards, they will therefore arrive in separate packages.

Customs & Import Charges

Orders shipped to the UK, EU and United States will not be charged customs duties at the border.

Customs duties are currently prepaid for deliveries to Canada, Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Switzerland, Iceland and Mexico.

For other international destinations, customs duties, taxes or clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
