There are moments in nature that seem to exist outside of time - when the light becomes softer, the landscape falls quiet and everything is held in a warm, golden glow.

'Golden Reverie' was created during a summer evening in the Lincolnshire countryside, as the last light of the day settled across a field of grasses and thistles. The grasses shimmered in the breeze, their delicate seed heads catching the fading sunlight, while the distant landscape dissolved into warmth and haze.

Rather than simply recording the scene, I wanted to preserve the feeling of being there: the stillness, the warmth and that fleeting sense of wonder that arrives as the day draws to a close. Through movement and light, the familiar landscape becomes something softer and more dreamlike - a memory of summer rather than a literal depiction of it.

I hope 'Golden Reverie' brings some of that quiet warmth into your home or office space, and offers a moment of escape whenever you look at it.

'Golden Reverie' is produced as a limited-edition fine art giclée print, available in the following sizes, which includes a white border for easy framing:

All papers and wood-based materials are sourced from Forestry Stewardship Council certified sustainable sources. Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition. Plastics are kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced, being a mixture of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials.
